Colin Pace


Colin joined Gelbergs in 2017 as a Solicitor in our Property department.  Colin is a property specialist and has almost 30 years’ experience in dealing with property matters, including a range of complex commercial and residential property transactions encompassing investment, development, agriculture and estates, landlord and tenant, and corporate support. Colin qualified as a solicitor in 1988 having trained in a large firm in East Anglia, before spending several years in firms in Essex, Central London and the West End.

Colin prides himself on his client care and no nonsense approach. Buying and/or selling a home can be stressful and time consuming. Colin understands this and works with his clients to take away some of the stress and worry that inevitably comes with a property transaction. Colin has extensive knowledge and experience of the conveyancing process and regularly deals with solicitors, mortgage lenders, estate agents and banks. Colin deals with all manner of property transactions, including buy-to-let, buying at auction, freehold and leasehold transaction, and leasehold enfranchisement. Gelbergs is a member of the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme, a recognised quality mark.
