The Consumer Rights Act 2015 (CRA) enacted on 26th March sets out a framework for streamlining UK consumer protections for goods, services, digital content and unfair contract terms. In the interest of providing a modernised landscape for the complex area of consumer rights the new category of digital content has been added and wider powers of enforcement granted to Trading Standards Officers.

The London premiere of Harvey Brough’s ensemble tells the tale of a young girl whose premonitions of a man-made flood reflect contemporary concerns about climate change. The haunting score was written as a companion piece to Benjamin Britten’s Noye’s Fludde.
