“EmmaJane is one of the very few lawyers I have worked with that deliver honest and valuable advice. Whilst working with her on ways to educate and inform employees and employers of their rights within the workplace, EmmaJane provided innovative ways to target this and help grow the business. With her unique approach and entrepreneurial abilities she can understand and evaluate any business model and advise strategically the best course of action. EmmaJane worked with me with respect to the legal consequences of employers not understanding and acting upon current pension and tax legislation changes, redundancies and retirement options and their affects across other overlapping departments. Her energy and focus along with her personable skills proves EmmaJane to be one of the very few people that you can rely on to do the job right. Her enthusiasm and ability as well as her knowledge of diverse sectors, legislations and employer and employee rights ensures she is an asset to any company working with the HR arena”
